* Security: For your safety and the security of our property, exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the house. To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, the property is also equipped with noise decibel monitors that measure volume levels but do not record any audio or conversations. * Pool: The private pool is available for guest use during the summer season. * Occupancy & Fees: Base rates are for two guests. An additional fee applies for each guest beyond the first two. Your total reservation price will include a 9% 'Community Fee,' which is the mandatory City of Amarillo occupancy tax that we collect and remit on your behalf.
